Super Soup pt 2
So, this is my second installment. The whole goal is to be able prepare meals that are fast and easy but with tons of protein!
The base is Campell’s Sirloin Beef Soup w/ vegetables. Then I added cooked quinoa, mushrooms, kale, spinach, 3 packs of black pepper beef sandwich slices, and chicken sandwich slices. I then, added some pepper, oregano, cayenne pepper, and some steak seasoning.
It was pretty tasty. I would like to continue working in this!
